A Look At Your First 1-Hour Visit With Us:
The first step you will take during your initial consultation at Stony Creek Wellness is filling out a health profile which is thoroughly reviewed by Dr. Nolfo. The purpose of this health profile is to determine if any adjustments need to be made to the diet program in the event a client has any ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, celiac disease. This brief process is completed before the end of your first visit and ensures that you and our staff take the healthiest and most effective approach to your weight loss goals. Next, we follow with in-depth explanation of the protocol for the program with our Certified Health Coach – John Moniello. You are given the opportunity at that time to discuss your work and living situation with us so we can tailor the diet program around your specific lifestyle. This is just one way we pride ourselves in our work!
If there is mutual determination that the Stony Creek Wellness approach is right for you- a weight loss goal is declared. You will be weighed-in, measured and receive an in-depth index of your body using our Bluetooth Body Mass Index machine which has the ability to break down your muscle and fat mass in many different areas of your body. Going forward, this machine is used to check your progress and make any necessary adjustments to help you achieve your goals. Finally, you select your Ideal Protein food and supplements and schedule a weekly appointment with our Health Coach to keep track of your progress. Along the way, we will give you the tools and tips you need to make your journey successful.
